Discipline
Architects and design engineers who plan power, cooling, rack layout, and interconnection for high-density GPU sites.
How this market works
A rack pulling 100kW is a different design problem than a traditional 8kW rack. We screen on whether someone has actually planned for the power and cooling that frontier GPU clusters demand, not just legacy data center experience.
Deploying into a colocation partner is a different job than building a facility from the ground up. We match on the delivery model a candidate has really worked, because the constraints and the stakeholders are not the same.
Air, liquid, and direct-to-chip are not interchangeable, and the choice drives the whole layout. We are honest with both sides about how far a candidate's cooling experience actually stretches.
Strong infrastructure architects are heads-down standing sites up, not browsing boards. We reach them directly and quietly, which is why our shortlists look different.

Plain answers
Design engineers, data center architects, and infrastructure design leads, up through the leaders who own multi-site deployment programs.
Some do. When a role is really about building the physical facility, we run it through our construction practice; when it is about the compute and infrastructure that goes inside, it lives here. We are direct about which is which.
