For candidates
Does it cost me anything?
No. Candidates never pay us anything, ever. Our fees are paid by the companies who hire.
Will my current employer find out I'm looking?
Not from us. Your resume goes nowhere without your explicit approval for that specific role, and we never name you to a company before you say yes.
What kinds of roles do you place, and where?
AI infrastructure roles nationwide: data center and compute architects, GPU and cluster infrastructure engineers, networking and interconnect, site reliability and operations, hardware and supply chain, plus sales engineering and go-to-market leadership.
Are these on-site, remote, or hybrid?
It varies by role. Some infrastructure work is tied to a site or a data center; some is remote. We are direct about location, travel, and expectations before you invest time in a process.
For companies
How does your fee work?
We work on contingency. A percentage of first-year base salary, agreed in writing before the search begins, due only when your hire starts. Nothing up front, and every placement carries a replacement guarantee.
Do you actually understand this space, or just the titles?
We screen on the systems: the hardware, the deployment, and the scale someone has really run, from GPU clusters and networking fabric to power and cooling. A resume full of the right acronyms is not the same as someone who has stood the infrastructure up, and we know the difference.
How fast can you deliver candidates?
It depends on the role and how scarce the talent is, but we move quickly and keep our active search list short so every search gets senior attention. We give you a realistic timeline when we scope it, including when a role needs a different package to fill.
What if a hire doesn't work out?
Every search carries a replacement guarantee, agreed in writing before we start. If the hire does not work out within that window, we run the search again.
Can you run a confidential search?
Yes. Much of this work is confidential by nature, and we post and source without naming you until a candidate is far enough along to warrant it.
