Job description
Build patient- and physician-facing products at an AI-native medical practice that pairs in-house licensed physicians with custom AI tools to deliver fast, messaging-based care. You will ship net-new features across web and mobile and bring AI tooling into the platform clinicians use.
What you'll do
- Build patient-facing web and mobile features focused on engagement and retention
- Scale the backend with an eye on stability and data integrity
- Build the physician-facing care platform and its AI tooling
- Work on enterprise integrations such as EMR and claims data
- Partner across product, clinical, and commercial teams
Compensation
$190,000 to $225,000 base, plus competitive equity.
Location
Hybrid in New York, NY (Flatiron), 3 to 4 days a week. No visa sponsorship.
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years building 0-to-1 products in high-growth environments
- Consumer or end-user-facing 0-to-1 work, not only internal tools
- Shipped net-new products or features in production
- Strong product mindset, team-oriented
- Stack: React, Next.js, Node, TypeScript, React Native, Postgres, AWS, Terraform, Redis; Python a plus
- Based in NYC, able to work hybrid
- U.S. work authorization (no sponsorship)
